On 13th April 2021, Tuesday, we officially launched NaviX Solutions, a new innovative service that delivers a full end-to-end ‘as-a-service’ lifecycle business model for managing critical enterprise power and cooling assets. NaviX Solutions is a subsidiary of Schneider Electric (SE) and an outcome of a strategic partnership between SE and Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB).
Among the distinguished guests at the launch was Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat. We were met with enthusiasm and optimism as our first-to-market business model and innovations like the Unified Digital Platform (UDP) were featured.
Our aaS model addresses a growing business challenge in an increasingly digital economy.
In today’s digital-centric business world, managing power and cooling assets effectively has become vitally important. We are addressing a critical gap in digital economies, helping businesses move from a risky ‘break-and-fix’ model to a more strategic ‘manage-and-maintain’ one that supports business transformation and growth.
We have spoken to hundreds of businesses and realised that many organisations experience multiple challenges with critical power and cooling infrastructure. This can have a significant impact on businesses’ financials and their ability to manage customer success. Our role is to support businesses on the cusp of digital transformation keep pace with rapid market changes, while balancing the need to transform for sustainable growth. At the same time, we are driving a mindset change, bringing more visibility to the role these critical assets play and how to maximise the value they deliver.
Under our asset-light model, we provide the option to buy back existing assets from a customer and then provide full lifecycle management, operational improvements and access to condition-based insights into how their assets are managed most sustainably and efficiently. This is supported by our UDP that introduces intelligence through an application layer that tracks, monitors and drives the efficiency of critical power and cooling assets.
This end-to-end business model that can scale to solve a host of business complexities from planning and design, to building and operating power and cooling assets. It also delivers access to the necessary skills and capability with a single point of customer success management, along with TCO predictability.
